Rishihood University began as a vision to align education with India’s larger journey of transformation. Two IITians, Shobhit Mathur and Sahil Aggarwal, came together with a dream — to reimagine education as a force for nation-building.

In 2014, this vision took root with the launch of the Vision India Foundation with Shri Suresh Prabhu, bringing together young minds eager to serve India’s future.

In 2021, Rishihood University was formally inaugurated, launching full-time residential degree programs for undergraduate students and a PhD track for further learning.

What began as a small initiative is now India’s first national transformation university that’s rooted in purpose, impact, and problem solving.
